counting ftp bandwidth usage using pureFTP

I have: cPanel 10.8.0-R30, pure-ftp with anonymous ftp enabled

I'm looking for the solution of counting traffic per user by pure-ftp.
I have found a few posts about this topic but there is no complete answer
Do I need to switch to ProFTP if I need to count ftp bandwidth usage per account?
