Always have tons of outgoing emails as [email protected] and of course want to limit as most is spam..

in the tweak settings it states

Prevent the user 'nobody' from sending out mail to remote addresses

The maximum each domain can send out per hour (0 is unlimited):

what would be a fair number to put in as the max??

Whats fair?

Having clients send mail through a system that at least lets sys-admin know who is spamming ?

or

Having a client upload a program which bombs your server and the sender is nobody and you can't tell who it is?

or

Having clients have bandwidth recorded against their account for 500 x 250 kilobyte emails per day per month ?

or

From my understanding sending as [email protected] does not record the bandwidth used against that particular account?
