cPAddons Site Softare Outdated

Just discovered cPAddons Site Software in WHM after seeing "Site Software" in cPanel. I find it odd that it says to contact your host and that the end cPanel can't make installations, but before I looked at settings to change that, I went to "Install cPAddons Site Software" in WHM to find Wordpress is on 4.8.3. On the Wordpress Website, they're on 5.3. That's a significant difference in versions especially with all the talk of security. A forced refresh of sources didn't do any changes.

Has cPAddons been overlooked and forgotten about?
