Hi Nick,

Upgrading to CURRENT a few releases back caused all our domains that previously had unlimited mysql databases to show up as zero, then if you edited the package, didnt change the package limits and then saved it, it went back to unlimited but they couldnt add any further databases due to reaching the limit (although set to unlimited)...same with subdomains and email accounts - has this been reported as a bug or is this related and fixed in C29, and when can we expect C29 to be available?

Its already available

Not fixed

Nick,

Upgraded to C29, packages with unlimited mysql db, subdomains, email accounts, ftp accounts etc:

Subdomains 1 / 0
MySQL Databases 2 / 0
Email Accounts 0 / 0
Mailing Lists 0 / 0
Ftp Accounts 0 / 0

Doesnt look fixed to me - is there a script I can run to edit all packages without actually changing the limits or can you try and get this sorted.

Was the account created with C27 or C28?

The loss of "unlimited" has been an issue for months (atleast 1). Subdomains, email accounts now need to be set to "999999" to get around the issue.

upgrade to c29 partially fix problem

The accounts created with c27-c28 doesn't have the packages applied only de quota.

With new c29 the accounts
Plan contratado ALOJ50L-R
Subdominios 0 / nº ilimitado
Dominios adicionales 0 / 0
Bases de datos Mysql NA / nº ilimitado
Espacio usado 0.13 / 50.00 MB
Espacio usado por MySQL NA MB
Espacio disponible 49.87 MB
Transferencia de datos (mes en curso) 0.00 / 500 MB
Cuentas email 0 / nº ilimitado
Cuentas redirigidas 0 / nº ilimitado
Contestadores 0 / nº ilimitado
Filtros email 0 / nº ilimitado
Listas de correo 0 / nº ilimitado
Cuentas FTP 0 / nº ilimitado

But in the package the limits are:
[/var/cpanel/packages]# cat ALOJ50L-R
FEATURELIST=default
QUOTA=50
IP=n
CGI=y
FRONTPAGE=y
CPMOD=rvorange
MAXFTP=999
MAXSQL=5
MAXPOP=999
MAXLST=5
MAXSUB=999
MAXPARK=0
MAXADDON=0
BWLIMIT=500
HASSHELL=n

So the package seems to be applied incorrectly.
At least unlimited is working beacuse they can create DB and ftp/email accounts.

When I open the account to edit it the fields remains empty.

If i edit the package and save it, the package is correctly applied and all the fields in the account appear with info.

Regards

This should be resolved in EDGE 501, CURRENT 31, and RELEASE 32. Please let us know if you are still experiencing this issue.

R32 is currently having problem

MySQL Databases NA / unlimited

Please fix this

This showed up on several new accounts we created............ but you can create a database and then it will register 1.... 2.. etc .
N/A might not be the correct wording for the function as it is presented to mean "None (or not), available, perhaps it should simply read 0 instead..... but it does work if you try it. Or, at least it did on all the ones we checked.
