    No httpd.conf

What is triggering this error? What steps are you taking that cause the error?

The first line suggests the problem:

    Code:
Unable to locate httpd.conf at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/ConfigFiles.pm line 27.
Try backing up and creating a new httpdconf file with these commands:

    Code:
    # cp /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf /root/httpd.conf.bak
    # /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
If this does not help, please submit a ticket and include a detailed description of the steps that lead to the problem, and root access credentials to the server. We can resolve the problem much more quickly if we have direct access to the server.

    Incorrect permissions on /usr/local/apache

The cause of this problem was that the permissions on /usr/local/apache were 700 instead of 755. The File Manager, like most cPanel functions, runs as the account user, so these permissions are too restrictive. Changing the permissions to 755 fixed the problem.
