Is the SSL hanging with just that one line or does it have continuous ....'s

Please send them off to nick@cpanel.net along with your browser version.

I'm sure it will be a quick fix.

On a side note, its very unlikely that a problem with get fixed if you just post it here.

Are you logged in as a reseller with the 'all' permission?

Its a shot in the dark as you don't have a ticket :)

    But 11.2.19-CURRENT_13217 might solve this.

I'm guessing there is a local issue or a circumstance I'm missing because it works ok:

    WHM 11.1.0 cPanel 11.2.19-C13219

WHM -> SSL/TLS -> Install a SSL Certificate and Setup the Domain

"Fetching" popup happens and data is populated in the form in a second or so when inputing the CRT as well as the domain.

Does this happen when you input the domain or the CRT or ???

Does the domain have a CRT and KEY setup that it can fetch?

What are the permissions of the files involved?

If this happens please create a detailed ticket 'ATTN: Dan' and reference the post in this thread as well as 'case 1497'

Thanks, I wasn't wanting you to BETA test anything. I was hoping to look into the local issue on your server as I can't reproduce it and the code looks good AFAICT

If anyone else sees this let me know, thanks :)

The reason there is nothing about a resolution for it on the internet is because the problem isn't with cPanel its with that one server in particular. We're always happy to support customers so if you see it again feel free to create a support incident so we can assist.

I had the same issue today, and this was one of the few times I could not figure it out myself just searching the forums and did submit a ticket, and I must applaud cPanel staff for the speed in which they resolved this issue, and in hopes it solves it for anyone else, this was the resolution I was given.

I was able to install the certificate after creating the symbolic link from /etc/httpd to /usr/local/apache

Actually this problem was still present only on my fc6 servers, but again cPanel support needs to be commended on sticking with this to the end, and

    ln -s /etc/ssl /usr/share/ssl

Finally seems to have fully resolved all the issues I was having getting certs installed
