I am interested to have a look on new features of cPanel 11 but I could not find anywhere information about this even not in this forum. 
You'd have to ask cPanel directly. All that's know at the moment is what is available in the EDGE release, which is the x3 theme with the new API and apache2 support.
That is actually a good question!
I use Cpanel 11 exclusively on all servers with Apache 2.0.59 ....
Really, I don't see much difference in Cpanel 11 from any other release other
than it has the newer EasyApache, X3 theme, and support Apache 2 and 2.2.
Beyond those items, it's pretty much the same -- maybe a few extra tweak options
possibly but basically everything looks and runs like Cpanel 10.
