Hi everyone,

I installed Imunify360 on my server. I purchased the license from CloudLinux because I wanted a 250-user license. cPanel only offers single or unlimited users.
The problem is, even though the license is installed and working, cPanel Security Advisor still warns that "Imunify360 is installed but you do not have a current license".

How can I get the advisor to recognize the license?

Thanks a lot!

Hello @baras

Thanks for opening the ticket, it looks like the analyst was able to identify that this issue was related to an internal case we have open: CPANEL-27814 - which identifies that the security advisor is not checking all imunify360 license types. Until the issue is resolved, it is safe to ignore the warning as long as you're sure your license is valid. I'll update this thread when the case is resolved as well.

Thanks!

The bug hasn't been fixed yet. We must wait for cPanel to take care of it.
Until then, I guess we can just ignore the error message and make sure our license is current by ourselves.
