when i click Check Email it give me this error:

What is the URL you're going to, in order to check mail? (please ensure you remove the domain name from the output)

What is noted in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

Do you happen to be using CloudFlare? There is a current issue with CloudFlare and webmail we have CPANEL-34275 - Webmail fatal error with Cloudflare in use: Over standard port expect “cpanel.” service subdomain open for this along with the following support article cPanel Support CPANEL-34275

i am not using cloudflare but i am using other cdn and dns service (arvancloud).

after disabling cdn its working fine.

is there any fix without disabling cdn? should i edit /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/WebmailRedirect.pm file and replace cpanel service subdomain with srv1.zacev.tk? will it cause any issues afterwards?

I had the same issue today, although we are not using cloudflare proxy only DNS.
