In the main webmail area where you can have instructions sent to setup your device the Send button is greyed out. What could be causing this and how can this be solved?
Hey there! Are you logged in to the default email account on the server - [email protected]? If so, this option is grayed out to discourage people from actively using that as a live email address.
No, I logged in through a test email account. We have also added friendlies before we go live and they have reported the same thing. Also, on cPanel 108.0.6 if that helps.
I noticed there was no priority support. I linked my account that opened this ticket to the main account which the licenses are under for the company but the original ticket did not follow. In order to get priority support I have created a new ticket referencing the original ticket. The new ticket # is 94522054
