    Hello Oleg,

Are you showing any errors in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log location when trying to access cPanel?

Next, can you check WHM > Tweak Settings for the Max cPanel Process Memory value and let us know what it shows there?

    Thanks!

Do you have CageFS enabled on your CloudLinux machine? If so, can you try disabling it to see the results?

Next, could you check WHM > Tweak Settings > Max cPanel process memory and change to 1024 for the memory size allowed?

    Hi

CageFS isn't enabled (we are waiting for a stable version).
Something was wrong with LVE, CloudLinux support fixed the problem.

    Kind Regards
    Oleg

    Hi,

In this case, you can increase process/cpu limit for specific account from WHM >> Server Configuration >> CloudLinux LVE Manager. Also please check installed plugins/modules under your account and get them optimized to avoid memory issue.

    Regards,
    Mayur C.
