Cpanel 505 Internal Server Error

my server cpanel problems

as the error shown, check the permission at /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/redirect.cgi and make sure it is owned by root.wheel with 744 file permission

The whmredirect script on my server already has root.wheel ownership with 755 (executable) permissions, still I'm getting a 500 error. the httpd logs signify:

Same problem here - only if a try do access php scripts/pages.
