cpanel 7.4 is not being updated

    Hi there,
    I have a small problem in my host 81.23.251.16. I want to update my cpanel but when i try to update it skip the latest version for cpanel. I have right now 7.4.2-STABLE_117 version; where as the latest version is 8.2.

    Here is some peice of info while updating

    So kindly can you tell me why is it not being updating?

    There is nothing wrong with your system. You have the latest STABLE release there is.

    STABLE
    7.4.2-STABLE_117
    (Thu Aug 21 13:56:18 2003)

    RELEASE
    8.2.0-RELEASE_28
    (Sun Sep 21 15:15:17 2003)

    EDGE
    8.4.0-EDGE_64
    (Sat Sep 27 13:15:08 2003)


    If you want to goto the release or edge versions, then you need to change your update preferences in whm.
