    Hi all,

Quick question. We've a setup with root access on one of our VPS's, and we are running low on disk space. We want to backup our entire account listing elsewhere (with all files, full website backups) using WHM, however we have one major question.

If I'm backing up to an external FTP, how many accounts are backed up at once if I select say 100 and what method do they use to backup?

    Is it:
    • Backup Started > Compressed File Created > Backup Transferred > Next File Repeat and then at the end Delete All Compressed Files.
    • Or
    • Backup Started > Compressed File Created > Backup Transferred > Delete Compressed File, Repeat until complete?
    Really appreciate the advice.

    Thanks

Backups are created on the server and then transferred. Time for a larger VPS. ;)
