Hello,

I have a business shared hosting account. Whilst unlimited SSD storage has been provided the backup storage is limited to 1GB.

Wondering if is there a script available that could run on Cpanel allowing a daily backup to be copied to AWS S3.

I dont have access to WHM.

Thanks for help.

Through cPanel itself natively there is not an automated script like this. There is for WHM. You can create a backup with the UAPI function her http://documentation.cpanel.net:8090/display/DD/UAPI+Functions+-+Backup::fullbackup_to_ftp or http://documentation.cpanel.net:809...ons+-+Backup::fullbackup_to_scp_with_password to create the backup and transport it via SCP or FTP - there's also The pkgacct Script | cPanel & WHM Documentation to create the backup which could be utilized with a custom script as well.

@cPanelLauren, I believe the links are invalid because port 8090 is specified. And there are some typos. Please fix them.

I believe it should be:
