Cpanel::Accounting createacct method

The manual describes the Cpanel::Accounting createacct method syntax as

$response = $whm-&createacct(“&DOMAIN NAME HERE&”,&&USERNAME HERE&“,&&PASSWORD HERE&”,&&PACKAGE HERE&”);

I would like to know if it is possible to create arbitrary accounts as with WHM. For example, I might like to create an account with a template called BASIC but with more disk quota. With WHM it is possible to pass the quota and other parameters as an argument.

Can this be done here as well?
