cpanel accounting module

I have been trying to work out with the php version of the cpanel accounting. I am trying to set usessl=1, but then i don't get any outputs. When i set usessl=0, the output starts coming in.

Having other probs with php module with printing data back on the page. Can anyone who has worked with the php version help ? would really appreciate!
