Okay so I downloaded have core ftp & Filezilla and when I connect my ftp stuff to filezilla it only shows me one folder in my ftp client and that folder is called "..." and nothing is inside the folder. When I connect to a database non cpanel (Vista Panel etc) is works fine , but these file managers arnt working.

I assume you are trying to login to the main FTP account for your cPanel hosting. If I am incorrect, please let me know.

In cPanel -> Files -> FTP Accounts, next to your cPanel username (not anonymous@..., ftp@ or ..._logs), click "Configure FTP Client." Then click on SFTP Configuration under either (or both, if you desire) Core FTP and FileZilla. Open the file that wants to download to your machine after clicking that link. This will automatically configure your FTP program for SFTP access (a much more secure way of uploading/downloading files than old-fashioned FTP).
