A customer wants to use procmail with cpanel/exim. Is this supported/possible?

There is a lot more that procmail can do besides simple forwarding and filtering. It allows very complex operations on mail. I, too, would be interested to know if procmail works on cpanel servers, if support is included with the default install, and if there are any special considerations in using it?

I use .forward and .procmail on my RH 7.2 box.
