I am trying to deploy a war file with Tomcat 5.5 install with cpeasyapache. I tried uploading the war file into the public_html directory of the user which didn't seem to do anything. I also tried the server.xml tweak found here:

I am deploying Alfresco.war. In the work/Catalina/ directory, I will get an alfresco directory, but it just has:

It's missing all the files from the war. The unzip method creates a bunch of files in public_html, including index.jsp. The files never make it over to work/Catalina/ The only directory in there is manager. Going to gives me a 404 error, even jsptest.jsp gives me the same error.

    What am I doing wrong?
