cPanel and Tomcat: Cannot Deploy a War File

    I am trying to deploy a war file with Tomcat 5.5 install with cpeasyapache. I tried uploading the war file into the public_html directory of the user which didn't seem to do anything. I also tried the server.xml tweak found here:

    I am deploying Alfresco.war. In the work/Catalina/domain.com/ directory, I will get an alfresco directory, but it just has:
    SESSIONS.ser
    tldCache.ser
    WEB-INF/

    It's missing all the files from the war. The unzip method creates a bunch of files in public_html, including index.jsp. The files never make it over to work/Catalina/domain.com/. The only directory in there is manager. Going to domain.com/index.jsp gives me a 404 error, even jsptest.jsp gives me the same error.

    What am I doing wrong?
