Is anyone else having this problem?

I am having trouble conviencing cPanel that his a bug with there latest release, they keep insisting I am manually editing httpd.conf and putting the / in the ScriptAliasMatch lines myself.

I don't mind changing the line once but I have verified that this gets reverted back everytime upcp is run.
