cPanel API add/delete actions on a existing email filter

Hello,

I have searched through the cPanel API v1, v2 and UAPI and can not find anything that will allow me to add/delete actions on a existing email filter

is there such a call available?

There isn't, you'd have to disable/remove the old one and add your updates to a new one. You can use the functions here to do that:
