    Hello Everyone,

I was not sure where I can ask this question so I am posting this here.

I was reading about cPanel API and I can see developers can do many things using cPanel API. Is it possible for anyone to provide me a list of things we can do using cPanel API?

    Thanks in advance.

You can get the list of available modules for you.
this is the module you need to use: applist

    sample usage: https://example.com:2087/json-api/applist

(You need to be logged in with the proper permissions in order to call a function.)

    ---------

Sample outputs for resellers and roots (David has written a great sample):

    ---------

    Finally,
here is the list of functions (you can find detailed informations about functions):
    XML and JSON APIs

I guess my question for you is what sort of functionality are you looking for?

There are over 700calls between the xml-api, api1 and api2 which covers everything that the cpanel interface can do and a good deal of the WHM interface.

If you're looking for an idea of what you can do to extend cPanel you can:
    add pages to cPanel
    add pages to WHM
    implement custom webmail applications
integrate with third party dns providers
force an action in cPanel or WHM to trigger custom code

and a few other things, with more options being possible in the future.

sdk.cpanel.net is a great place to start on all of this.
