    Since the cpanel5 upgrade, the following api tags are not correct.

    The Email count API is not adding subdomain email accounts
    &cpanel Email=&countpops()&&

    The Email list API is not adding subdomain email addresses

    &cpanel Email=&listpops()&&

    This may or may not effect our email quotas for users, I have not tested yet..

    Nick, if you could please rush this one for me I'd appreciate it, these tags are important to cPanelGui use and has caused some problems with adding and deleting accounts now for us.

    Could this be causing the problems of new email accounts created on CPanel not being able to receive mails via POP but can access the mails via webmail ?

    I can't see any problem with the listpops function, however the countpops was only counting the main domain in builds previous to 29.

    I've tried to respond to your support ticket, but admin@pdalive.com seems to be redirected to a non-existant email address.

    Ok, I'm using build 28 right now, I will upgrade and see if makes a change.

    I do see that the listpops is correct in my debug, somehow I must have just created my own problem. ;-)

    Thank you.

    Ok, problem solved with the countpops in build29 after upgrading. I was using that figure as an index for the mail accounts grid in cpanelgui.

    Anyone reading this, that is using cpanelgui, should upgrade to build 29 if using subdomain email accounts.

    While incorporating this upgrade, I see the dodelpop.html files have been changed but not noted in the WHM news for theme files to update. The old dodelpop.html does not work for us now on subdomain.

    OLD
    &cpanel Email=&delpop($FORM{'email'})&&

    NEW

    &cpanel Email=&delpop($FORM{'email'},0,$FORM{'domain'})&&

    This is important, the wrong account could be deleted (along with all its messages). The files we've had to change are:

    addars.html - doaddars.html
    addfwd.html - doaddfwd.html
    addpop2.html - doaddpop.html - dodelpop.html
    def.html - setdef.html - dosetdef.html

    Wow, many of these files were NOT listed in the theme updates needed and are very important to theme integrity.

    Nick, can you please send an updated listing in WHM, so we don't have to search for the changes through all these files..

    Thanks

    Brad

    Brad, I'm not sure that all those files have changed in the original themes. Just said it in case anyone using custom themes might want to check those files.

    Doing
    # ls -l /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/default/mail
    shows some files were changed more recently that others.

    Hum, I see I need to change another couple of files...
