This log file I get daily that shows /scripts/upcp in the subject... does that mean the cpanel is updating nightly?

And if so... how can I have it stopped? I have it set to NEVER update and also tried manual update on it.. Right now as I type this msg, its set to NEVER update??

This has been happening since I had a restore last month..

And also security and darkorb updates, are both set to manual.

    Thanks

    Dear InternetPEI,

Yes /scripts/upcp is for updating Cpanel. The file /var/spool/cron/root which has the cron job for running the script /scripts/upcp. If you want update Cpanel mannually you can remove the cron job from that file.
