An end user of a customer recently complained that he is no longer receiving WeTransfer email notifications. When the customer contacted WeTransfer, they responded stating that they should "ask their system administrator to make sure their out-of-office-reply isn't set to be a bounce message from their mail server".

That request confuses me. Isn't that what out of office replies are all about on cPanel? They're a temporary bounce message, aren't they?

If my assumption is right, how can I make cPanel Autoreponders and WeTransfer email notifications compatible when the Autoresponders are enabled by a user?

I think the first question here is to find out what's happening when they're sending you a message. What's noted in the logs for the "WeTransfer" emails?
