Hi guys,

Could you please help me to identify what this error is related to.
I mean I understand it is in general related to backup what exactly generates this error.
Thanks in advance.

The backup process on “cpanel3.company.com” encountered an error.

The system started a separate transport process for remote backup destinations. When the transport completes, the system will send an additional notification with the status of the transport if any errors were encountered.

The backup process encountered the following errors:

What exactly generates that error is this:
"STDERR: mysqldump: Error 1194: Table 'wp_wflogins' is marked as crashed and should be repaired when dumping table `wp_wflogins` at row: 41184"

As @quietFinn pointed out some of your tables are corrupted hence cpbackup throw this error. You need to repair the database which hopefully fix the corruption. I would run this globally for all databases just to be sure there are no other corruption. You can do so with:

mysqlcheck -rA and mysqlcheck -oA commands (first will repair them, the other one will optimize them)

@glrmanager this is what "mysqlcheck -oA" for. You need to optimize those dbs rather than repair :)

Hi @andrew.n,

I run mysqlcheck -oA and for some sites getting this.

Can I ask what does that mean.
I mean I understand some tables do not support optimization and instead are recreated.
Just curious what happens during recreation and does it fix the original problem.

@glmanager: technically speaking this:

more understandably this:

"InnoDB doesn't support the OPTIMIZE the way MyISAM does. It does something different. It creates an empty table, and copies all of the rows from the existing table into it, and essentially deletes the old table and renames the new table, and then runs an ANALYZE to gather statistics. That's the closest that InnoDB can get to doing an OPTIMIZE."
