    cPanel backup x restore

    Using cPanel.

I am transfering my site from server A to server B.
I Download a Full Backup backup-5.16.2005_09-58-38_lojistan.tar.gz from server A to my PC.
Now I Restore a Home Backup from my PC to server B.
It download fine, but it not restore.
It create a new folder backup-5.16.2005_09-58-38_lojistan.

How can I restore this backup?
    Francisco

I have not access to root directory.
I am a server user; I am not an admin.
    Can I use this command?

    Francisco
