From peoples experience, does the cpanel backup option actually backup enough to make restoring a server easy?

What exactly does it backup, and is there anything else I should manually backup? For example, my server also has fantastico, rvskin, urchin, webmin, mailscanner etc, plus a few customisations here and there to /etc/remotedomains /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf and others...

My Cpanel backup is putting the backups on a second disk, which I was going to rsync off to another box / seperate network and all that, but wondered what else I should rsync...

    Thanks!

I recently moved from one CPanel server to another. I utilized the Copy Accounts command in WHM and it worked well. Be sure you don't have any accounts with numbers in the beginning of the username (account name). This will be a big headache. I had the backups that CPanel makes ready in case of some problem but didn't need them.

CPanel is setup natively to backup the following files and directories (in addition to the home directory and SQL databases as selected in WHM's backup prefs):

    FILES=
    /etc/exim.conf
    /etc/exim.conf.local
    /etc/exim.conf.localopts
    /etc/named.conf
    /etc/proftpd.conf
    /etc/localdomains
    /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
    /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf
    /etc/group
    /etc/shadow
    /etc/passwd
    /etc/fstab
    /root/.my.cnf
    /etc/$
    /etc/reservedips
    /etc/quota.conf
    /etc/wwwacct.conf
    /etc/rndc.conf
    /etc/secondarymx
    /etc/my.cnf
    /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/interchange/interchange.cfg

    DIRS=
    /etc/valiases
    /etc/proftpd
    /var/named
    /etc/vfilters
    /var/cpanel
    /var/spool/cron
    /usr/local/frontpage
    /var/log/bandwidth
    /usr/share/ssl
    /etc/ssl
    /var/ssl
    /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman
