cpanel bandwidth measuring question

    this is my current bandwidth stats from cpanel:

    i've hit 20mbps before....however, the place i'm hosting it at has a 10mbit/sec limit/cap on my account.

    are those stats accurate? does that mean that they forgot to add the cap? or maybe its not capped, OMG, it's my first month working with them.

    ...runs to call them.

    I think its time to switch to a new host. 10 mbps is a really low cap.

    well, i'm collocating, and i can get more, thats just my plan, its 10mbps dedicated to me, you can even get a gigE if you want, but youll need some deep pockets for that which i don't have.

    i called them and the main guy wasn't there....what do you guys thing, is that accurate?

    also, it automatically updates only ever 5 hours or so......for example, right now, it whos stats from 2pm until 2 hours ago right now.....is there anyway to force it to update?
