Is there any other "plugin" that works with cPanel that allows you to see how *what files* a user's Bandwidth is going so fast, other than having to login as the user and search through their stats?

    Tail the apache logs?

You could always tail the apache log files,

tail -f /usr/local/apache/logs/access_log and watch what happens
you could also tail the users raw logs specifically, to see what is going on.

    This requires ssh access!

or even grep them with the users domain.

    grep "thedomain.com" /usr/local/apache/logs/access_log >> /root/thedomain.txt

this would output the found data a text file in the root folder.

There a ton of other commands in combination I'm sure other users could post to help you!
