Does cpanel or anything run a firewall on the server to block ports except system debuglevel cause thats disabled. Basically I need to unblock port 5060 cuase applications cant seem to communicate with my server on that port for sip, can we fix this and how?

if you have firewall install on your server, you will need to make sure the ports are opened on your server.

Did you shutdown the firewall, or open the ports?!? If you just shutdown the firewall... that's a bad thing to do!
