cPanel Branding issue - Images

Cpanel branding sometimes does not work.
It doesnot accept new images while uploading.

Can you please provide steps to let us know how you are trying to upload the image? It might be the image type that isn't working. Once we know the extension you are trying to upload as well as any error messages, we can help further.
