Hello. When one of my clients try to login to cpanel they this error:

The server was not able to find the document (./frontend/Xcontroller/index.html) you requested
Please check the url and try again. You might also want to report
    this error to your webhost.

    Any solution?

    Sorry for my bad English

    Thanks

    Hello,

Edit the /var/cpanel/users/<the particular user> and change the value of RS=x or any other installed themes

The line RS=??? defines the theme the given account uses.

Therefore whether RS=Xcontroller is correct is dependent on whether or not you have a theme of that name installed.

You could check the contents of /var/cpanel/users/ to see what other accounts are set to use - you might be able to tell from this whether or not RS=Xcontroller is actually valid.

Setting the relevant line to RS=x would set the account to use the 'x' theme, which would almost certainly work.
