Under " Process Manager" I see that cpanel-ccs has:

PidOwnerPriorityCPU %Memory %Command
3722 (Trace) (Kill)root0
3.42

27.66
/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/clamd
1396 (Trace) (Kill)root-10
2.64

0.99
/usr/local/aegis/aegis_client/aegis_10_89/AliYunDun
1077 (Trace) (Kill)cpanel-ccs0
0.98

1.64
CalendarServer 9.2.a+[hidden] [Combined]

And I am receiving numerous warning emails about excessive resource usage:

lfd on host2.hidden.com: Excessive resource usage: cpanel-ccs (15665 (Parent PID:1077))

Time: Sun Mar 14 15:00:37 2021 +0800
Account: cpanel-ccs
Resource: Process Time
Exceeded: 88874 > 1800 (seconds)
Executable: /opt/cpanel-ccs/.develop/virtualenv/bin/python2.7
Command Line: CalendarServer 9.2.a+[hidden] [Slave #1]
PID: 15665 (Parent PID:1077)
Killed: No

My cpanel is a completely fresh install with -zero- users / zero websites using cpanel-ccs, can anyone explain why it is consuming this much resource?

Thanx

Hey there! Less than 1% CPU and 1.6% memory usage doesn't seem that high to me. That notification you're getting is actually from the CSF service, which isn't part of cPanel, so you may just want to have that tool ignore that process. I'd recommend reading through the following support article for more details on that notification:
