cPanel Community Language Resource

Hi,

I'm trying to locate the Community Language downloads at cPanel Community Language Resource - cPanel Inc. but I get an error where the download locations should be listed.

cPanel is not responsible for the contents of any language files linked from this site. All language files listed below are maintained by third parties.

If this is not maintained, is there any other location I could be looking for Community Language downloads? Mainly my interests are around the Finnish locale.

WHM » Locales » View Available Locales lists only cPanel provided languages. I was under the impression that there (at least some point) were also Community provided unofficial translations?
