cpanel crashed with internal death

I forgot...I am using the Release Tree on WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-S119 CentOS 4.4 i686

I have some cpanel servers and on one of them clients cpanel won't load.

Tried this:

Switched to RELEASE
/scripts/upcp --force

Anyone encountered this perl errors?Because of this cpanel si no longer loading...follwing error displayed:
[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]
