cPanel creation not copying index.html from /root/cpanel3-skel

Hello,

Account creation not copying index.html from /root/cpanel3-skel
How to fix this error please?

[update] The command work well: cp /root/cpanel3-skel/public_html/*.* /home/user/public_html/

Thank you for contacting cPanel! The files in /root/cpanel3-skel/public_html should be copied to the public_html/ directory of newly created accounts. Can you please let us know the permissions of the directory?

stat /root/cpanel3-skel/public_html
