    Hello Guys!
This is my first post on this forum so please bear with me :)

So the Problem is when i want to create cronJob on Cpanel
I choose the Common settings and choose *EVERY 1 MINUTE*

After that in the Command Box i put the Directory of the .php file home/usr/public_html/spear/ow_cron/run.php

Then I click the Add New Cron job . it display a error
    its says :
You (username) are not allowed to use this program (/usr/bin/crontab)
    See crontab(1) for more information

    Im Using Webhostingpad.com

It appears your hosting provider has disabled the ability for cron jobs to be created. I would suggest contacting them, since they are the only ones who could give you that access.

Unfortunately, that isn't possible. You have to use cPanel if you do not have root shell access to add a cron job. You'll have to contact your hosting provider to enable it. Sorry

If the command isn't working, are you sure the cron job has sufficiently high permissions for executing?
