cPanel Default Web Site Page for hostname in PHP

Hi,

It is possible display cPanel Default Web Site Page for hostname in PHP, for example default web site page is always displaying http://server.hostname.ext/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi that located in /usr/local/apache/htdocs/ I have try to detele index.html and replace it with index.php but cPanel default Web site page show 500 Internal server Error.

Any one know how to do this ?
