Cpanel delete /home directory and try a new Cpanel installation.

After an installation failure, I think it has been something in the system, which tries to finish installing or Cpanel.

This makes the / home directory is deleted.

I'm sure there are some file that tells Cpanel there is an incomplete installation.

Any idea?
