    Hello :)

Could you check the following error log and let us know if you see any specific entries when attempting to access cPanel?

    Code:
    /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
There could be several different causes to this problem, so it may be helpful if you open a support ticket so we may check further:

Please post the ticket number here if you decide to open a ticket.

    Thank you.

Can you check /var/cpanel/users location to see the permissions and ownership there?

    Code:
    ls -lah /var/cpanel/users
From past tickets with the same error, it was due to issues with /var/cpanel/users location either missing the username file for the user(s) in question or having the wrong ownership. The correct ownership would look like the following:

    Code:
    root@host [/var/cpanel/users]# ls -lah /var/cpanel/users
    total 16K
    drwx--x--x 2 root root 4.0K Jun 18 13:35 ./
    drwxr-xr-x 58 root root 4.0K Jun 18 14:46 ../
    -rw-r----- 1 root cpacct 578 Jun 18 13:24 cpacct
    -rw-r----- 1 root tristan 612 Jun 18 13:24 tristan
    Thanks.
