Cpanel is saying the server has MySQL version 4.1.13-standard

    mysqld -v is saying
    # mysqld -v
mysqld Ver 4.0.25-standard for pc-linux-gnu on i686 (Official MySQL RPM)

which one is right? why is there this discrepency?
