cPanel DNS Only Question

Hi

I am wanting to setup our own DNS Servers we don't have any cPanel / WHM Web Servers. We have Windows Web Servers and have many servers that have DNS Records for other functions. And also Domain URL Forwarding.

Can I setup 2x cPanel DNS Only Servers on CENTOS and make them sync without having a full cPanel & WHM Server. So each time I want to add a new zone or record I go into the main cpanel dns only server and create the records then it automatically updates the other server?

And I assume you can do domain forwarding through the cPanel DNS Only Servers.

I am wanting to set this up soon and would like to know before I go ahead and set it up
