    Hello :)

It's possible there are files within the account that are not owned by the account username. Thus, they take up directory space, but do not count towards the account quota. This commonly includes files owned by the "nobody" or "root" user. The easiest way to quickly check file ownership is to use SSH.

    Thank you.

In the account which I have shown you, there are no other files other than the user's files. Size changed after a few hours.
Thank you for your reply. I realized that cpanel not immediately display changes.

I may be wrong but I remember that cpanel does not include databases in the total memory count? Is this correct?

Database size is included with the account's disk space usage, provided the following option under "SQL" in "WHM >> Server Configuration >> Tweak Settings" is enabled:

"Include databases in disk usage calculations"

    Thank you.
