Hello. At me the problem, cpanel does not count traffic. In WHM-View Bandwidth Usage zero or very small figures, for one month 0.014606 megabytes though this site is visited(attended) with some thousand person daily everywhere cost(stand). Why it and how to correct the given mistake?

No, it is real attendance. It shows webalizer and others counters. But the traffic in whm and cpanel is not considered. If to look www.mydomain/bandwidth/that the traffic it is reflected truly. But it is the general(common) traffic, on all sites. And in whm and cpanel the traffic on each user should be shown.
