We are trying to create a postgresql db in Cpanel. When we create it it looks like the database has been created but its not in /var/lib/pgsql/data. When we trying to install our application specifying the postgresql db and its connection parameters we are being told that the install script cannot connect to it.

Connection Test 2? efa_mb connection NOT OK.

Also the phppgadmin is not on the X menu. So how are we supposed to maintain the db?

Already installed it and configured it multiple times. Does it fall under the Cpanel Pro distro? We removed Cpanel Pro because we hated it but if the Icon for postgresql is there without Pro so should phppgadmin.
