    Hello there,

If you have root access, check your log files for the reasons (/usr/local/apache/logs/). If you do not have root access, then get in touch with your hosting provider, and have them look into the errors.

If cPanel isn't working, then you might also want to check the cPanel error logs at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log location. Simply tail the log when trying to access cPanel to see if anything is logged there. As Chris mentioned, if you don't have root SSH access to check those logs, then please contact your hosting provider to have them check into it further.

Are you purchasing a hosting account with someone? If so, you do not have access to the server backend to make changes. Please contact your web host, the company you are paying for the account. They are the ones who can help you.

Otherwise, if you do have access to the server backend, contact whoever you are renting the server from to ask for help. Again, whoever you are paying money to for the server. The only reason cPanel appears on your control panel is that we provide the software. We are not a hosting provider and we do not have access to the server's backend to correct this issue for you.
