WHM 11.15.0 cPanel 11.17.0-R19434
REDHAT Enterprise 4 i686 on standard - WHM X v3.1.0
Apache 1.3.37
I have had this happen to two clients on the same server this week. When they login to cpanel via www.theirdomain.com/cpanel AND if I log in to their cpanel from the WHM acct list, the cpanel fails to load fully. It loads the header of cpanel, but on the left side menu, it doesn't load anything nor anything in the content area nor the footer.
This happens in any theme.. X3, I have changed them over to X2 and X themes, with the same result. It seems to stop loading before the area on the left where it would load the latest news section of cpanel (I have nothing in the latest news, it is blank so there is no possibility of my text doing this because I have not text there).
The client is using only 34 mb out of a limit of 300 mb.
I have recently upgraded Cpanel to the latest Release version after the first customer notified me. That seemed to fix his problem. Now, a completely different customer is having the same problem.
Has this happened to anyone else where cpanel doesn't load for only a few customers on a server while other customers seem unaffected?
