    Hello

    I want delete an email from _archive@somedomain.com but my email client return "[NOPERM] Permission denied (0.000 + 0.000 secs)"

    How do I fix this?

    Hello,

    Email archives aren't intended for removal via email or webmail applications. You can browse to the Archive option in cPanel to reduce the retention time for archived emails, and then run the following command to ensure emails outside of that retention period are removed:

    Code:
    /scripts/email_archive_maintenance
    Or, you can disable archiving for the account and remove the old directories through FTP or File Manager.
